Workplace bullying (heavy gossiping culture), staff were rather fake and two faced and disseminated personal info to everyone. They are not inclusive to all religions. Current management are very poor leaders, training was almost non-existent (online training modules) and when I was not performing to their expectations they held an ambush meeting where I was pushed into a corner and bullied into leaving. I tried to explain the gossiping culture I'd been experiencing but it was clear they wanted me out so I resigned.
