I would rate it in negative if i can. This is not a workplace, it is a school where you have teachers thrashing you daily if you talk in class they will put you in pip if you are 5mins late they will put you in pip or mark lop. The managers try to put all the blame on lower levels because they dont have the courage to be honest about their mistakes. The managers are literally clowns especially the one who has recently joined. Ceo is also a weird guy in himself he literally came out and said rude things to a fellow colleague because she was not conveyed by HER SO CALLED MANAGERS that its work from office on weekends. The incompetent management level is enough to show you the future of this startup. When ceo is not someone you look up to and can stoop to a dirt level talks is how you know this company aint going to make it. They order the employees as if we are servants. Dont join this place if you do not wish to loose all the self respect you have. They will promise you before joining that you will have offs on sundays and then before joining if their plans change they will not bother informing you because you are not employee you are servant. They will not inform you that you get incentives quarterly and not monthly. They just need donkeys who will work without using brains. Believe me as soon as i get my salary im going to leave this place.
