Great people, great youth. Everyone is very dedicated to the mission and representative of the people we serve.

There has been a lot of change over the last couple of years.

Great staff to work with and for. Very caring staff working in a highly emotional environment with young adults. The work can be very fulfilling and rewarding, but at the same time, extremely stressful.

Mixed messages from upper management. Expectations were never clearly stated at the front door or expressed during tenure with this company. The company was prone to high turnover in the beginning stages and it appears that the door continue to swing with turnover.
