- A lot of changes are happening as of late 2020 and while there are some growing pains, it feels like everything is moving in a great direction. The fact that management is open and willing to reevaluate the entire system to suit employee needs is something I have NEVER found at any other job.
- Financial transparency—you always know what is going on with the company and why (unless that information is strictly confidential, which is rare). This was especially important during the worst of the pandemic.
- The leadership team really does care about personal and professional growth. This is not a soulless, corporate place, and they want employees to do well during and after their time here.
- Flexibility—work from home, sick days, great PTO policy, etc.
- The people are awesome. Such a great company culture where everyone is willing to help each other out.

Like I said earlier, a lot of change and growing pains, but I do believe these will work out.
