Great Pay Hands On Leadership shown by CEO leading from the front, was patient, communicative, and dedicated/sacrificed consistent time and effort to fill in the gaps and train new sales reps.

Extremely Tribal, lack of direct communication from senior sales team members who prefered to politisize any minor inconvenience or question asked to them which would consistently be brought to upper management in the form of a complaint. In other words, a constant mode of survival, extremely unhealthy sales team mentality fueled by fear of new sales reps taking their job, animosity toward upper management for hiring new sales reps, and animosity for having their requests for new CRM or other sales tools implemented upon their request/desire. The majority of the time spent with sales team was spent gossiping or talking trash about upper management about things that were out of our control rather than focusing on anything that was in our control in the present moment, productive, or of simple positivity. It was always negative nearly 90% of the time.
