A great place for people who want to grow their careers quickly. The company is very open to hiring new graduates and people without extensive experience, which gives many young professionals a real chance to start and develop their careers. Leadership is supportive and approachable, and managers genuinely invest time in mentoring and helping employees improve. The company is growing rapidly, which means there are many opportunities to take on responsibility and develop new skills. High performers are recognized and promoted quickly—I have personally seen colleagues get promoted in less than a year because of their performance. Compensation is fair and transparent, and employees who work hard are rewarded accordingly. Overall it’s an environment where motivated people can learn a lot and build strong career momentum.
Svantaggi
The pace can be fast and expectations are high, so it may not be the best fit for someone looking for a very relaxed environment.
Vantaggi
Some talented coworkers at the individual contributor level who are trying their best in a chaotic environment
Svantaggi
This was one of the most disorganized and ethically concerning workplaces I’ve experienced. There is virtually no structured onboarding, training, or guidance. Expectations are unclear, feedback is inconsistent, and success often depends more on favoritism than performance. Serious concerns around ethical practices, particularly related to animal welfare and whistleblower protections, were not handled in a transparent or accountable manner. When issues were raised, they were not addressed in ways that felt safe or compliant. Advancement appears tied to working excessive hours beyond normal expectations rather than to performance or impact. There is a strong unspoken pressure to work outside standard business hours to be considered for promotions or leadership opportunities. Additionally, employees are sometimes directed to work on projects unrelated to client work that do not feel aligned with their job descriptions. Transparency around these projects is limited. HR lacks experience and, in my experience, was not equipped to properly advise employees on workplace rights or to handle concerns impartially. Overall, there is a lack of structure, ethical leadership, and accountability. Until leadership addresses these foundational issues, I would not recommend this company to candidates seeking stability, transparency, or professional growth.
