Bitrode's Ethics - Recensione dipendente - Production Planner presso Bitrode

The employees there are grossly underpaid and have terrible ethics. They lie to the owners about what they shipped vs. what actually shipped to show a monthly income that would satisify the owner's requirements. Highly unethical. The engineering department is understaffed and is blamed for product failures when they don't get the time to evaluate the cause and effect. Sales are pressured to sell, when their continued delayed shipments had angered all of the customers to the point of looking elsewhere for similar products. This company is not doing well and will continue to spiral downward until proper management is put in place.
