      I think they have no pros at all.

      * They dont pay if you are not on project * they dont pay your earned leaves * they force to apply for leaves if you are not on project * they force to apply for unpaid leave if you dont have earned leaves * they dont have any client so they market profiles and will find assignment involving many vendors * sometimes they threat * they charge for visa transfer and to avoid legal problems they deal in cash only. If you have no option then you can join them and have proof of everything in written.

      Pay was okay, 22 an hour, when it actually showed up

      They do not pay you on time. You have to keep an eye on your checks. If they mess up your check, and if you have an additional amount taken out, they will take it out twice. Ask you to submit hours work for days you haven't worked yet. Will not respond to phone calls and/or ghost until THEY need something. Gave them a two weeks notice and they got super aggressive and told me to "reconsider my decision." I ended up getting rolled off next day by their client and they claimed they had no idea. Absolutely no communication about project starting/ending. Contract is super vague about when you will get paid. Contract actually says they will pay you "in the middle of the month and at the end of the month." Pay was never on time for the middle of the month and at the end of the month and always late. If you wish to contest them in court, you have to do it in Naperville, IL. I would not recommend them.
