As a subsidiary, it is often a headache having to comply to the standards of both Bizjet and Lufthansa. Frequent overseas travel.

Flexibility and understanding that everyone is a person and thins come up. Offer an array of benefit options. Pay fair wages. They give space for improvement, growth and potential. They look to mentor and keep people. They value what people bring to the table.

Need more community involvement. For a large company I would expect more involvement and giving back in the community. Need more information on benefits. You receive a packet but no real information like for flight benefits, or how to use the system, cost, etc. There are extra perks that aren't even mentioned or brought up. There is 1 individual that people have to tip toe around as he may blow up and it is accepted and in fact people are warned not to make him mad, which does not line up with anyone else in the company.
