*Used* to be a great company to work for. Decent pay, decent benefits, good company culture.

Below market pay. Below average benefits. Brags "no layoffs" but fires well performing employees unexpectedly with severance packages... what do you call that? A layoff if you ask me. Every part of that has gone down hill significantly over the last 2 years. No pay raises for well deserving employees. More responsibility, no more pay. No flexibility. They are watching your every move. Hoping to run out for a doctor's appointment after you finish your work? Don't even think about it. Company culture has all but evaporated. Log in - hope you do your job good enough, and log off. Your sanity isn't safe here. Look elsewhere.
