The sales c-suite instructed and requested confirmation that active employees leave a positive Glassdoor review. Sales C-suite approved the BluWave company newsletter to include a fake story that an employee was having their second child without employee consent. This was fabricated and unfortunately one of many similar situations. (September 2025 newsletter) incident followed directly after team suggested a process change to help existing strategy. No recourse or written apology was issued. This is not an isolated incident. C-suite openly talks about multiple previous employees medical history at a new hire lunch. (Oct 2025) Sales c-suite has no official Sales role experience. Less than 5% of reps hit quota 2025. If you're a 'yes-man' this is rewarded over results here. [Sigma 2025] It is difficult to work hard and then hear Midwest leadership bragging about how little they work.

Prefacing by saying this is not just some disgruntled ex-employee, ask 3-5 people currently employed there if they are looking for another job, and atleast 3 will tell you they are miserable and are looking. The commentary is not relevant to most of the rank and file BluWaver's, who are wonderful people. Extremely morally defunct at the senior levels (not everyone, but most). Lying is the norm and do not count on a Pulse survey to air frustration, they only show results if it is favorable. I really reccomend speaking with both past and current employees to get past the "PE allure". They will ask you to work a minimum of 10+ hours a day (do more, faster), but will not compensate you for the additional stress (your job is certainly threatened in this conversation as subtext). They will make promises they do not keep and then gaslight you. This is the standard not the exception.
