We're a company that's grown at pace, and we're really proud of that. But, as a growing business, we know we’re changing and sometimes there'll be differences between how individuals work, and how the company is evolving.
You’re right that we’re recruiting additional colleagues – including contractors – to bolster our existing skills and experience. Inevitably, we’re in the ‘storming’ stage - and we feel this is what your experience describes.
To gain insight into colleague experience, our People Team do a survey every quarter; from a quick check-in, to a more substantive survey. We want honest views and insights. We take that feedback seriously and make action plans, involving colleagues, to address areas for improvement and celebrate the wins.
Because of feedback, we introduced our company-funded Healthcare Cash Plan, our learning platform and much more. But we could do better. We've shared your feedback with the Tech management team. If you think we didn’t answer the pertinent questions, please get in touch.
