Very supportive coworkers and leadership.

There are no cons that come to mind.

I like the job and my immediate supervisor is great.

We do not get spring break like the rest of the school, but do get fall break. They do not give out raises or have conversations about raises with any ease. The HR is very reticent to have conversations about it.
