There is a mix of clients between private equity portfolio companies and typical corporate clients that provides unique challenges. The remote working is great for some people and allows for better balance than a lot of firms in the consulting industry offer. Travel varies by project, but usually ~5 days a month on the road. Last major pro is the growth potential. The firm has grown relatively quickly and just added a number of new partners which should accelerate it going forward.
