It's hard to come up with a pro. Free lunch Friday is nice but it's dangled in your face as something that can be taken away as a consequence.

-Horrible from top to bottom -Take advantage of younger people and post grads and severely underpay you -the most insane micromanagement tactics I've ever seen. They track mouse movement, clicks, "productive" vs "unproductive" time, cannot get there later than 8am and do not leave your seat until 5pm on the dot -No flexibility or work from home option (unless you're special ? ) random people get the ability to work from home. No uniform policies. Rules can be bent for special groups and people. It makes no sense Great place to work if you want to be disrespected and underpaid and given scraps that trickle down.

BG is solid fo entry level, you will gain certain skills that are helpful for fuure roles. Cold calling, organization, independent workload, and it is full sales cycle, thus you have the opportunity to learn every stage of the sale. Generally, logisitics is pretty transactional, so "wanna buy this thing, yes-no, okay great" job done. BUT some offerings are more strategic, requiring planned financial analysis, tech support, and cross-functional team coordination. Some managers are actually quite knowledgable, giving you the ability to learn more than expected out of an entry level role. BG does have a nice offering and, while there are cons, early sales-people CAN capitalize on employment here and the complexity of the sale can put you ahead of your peers. But you really do have to push for that yourself, you can easly phone it in and set yourself back.

-The pay is lower than you would expect from a full sales cycle role, this is due to the hiring focus being younger candidates -Management is hit or miss. Some managers are really locked in and know their stuff, most managers have either a lot of sales experience, a lot of logistics experience, or both. But some are... drama prone. And some seem to have either "known a guy" or just got lucky to hold their position, which does not instill confidence.
