They time how long you use the toilet for and sit you down if it goes over the allotted time . Which I'm sure was something like 8-10 minutes per day? Because of the cases you deal with we would sit down and do some exercises to see how we could be more sympathetic to the clients (a lot of them have lost limbs due to accidents in the work place) we did an exercise where we had to put one arm behind our back and do a task like tie our shoes or put a jacket on. Once we did this we were told we could now tell the client we can understand how it feels to loose an arm etc because we basically played a game at work. Felt extremely tone deaf and ridiculous - I would never tell an amputee that I knew what it felt like because I pretended I didn't have an arm.

The worst ran company I have worked for. Don't care about employees and have more managers than agents due to power trips.
