Vantaggi
As many previous reviews Over the Over the last 6 months the organisation has really turned a corner. We are now working in truly great global teams. The people I work with are amazing. I feel like my boss cares about me and my development. Despite a policy which states 5 days in the office there is a lot of flexibility to that and we work in a much more hybrid way especially those in global roles. The previous reviews are fair at that time in the organisation things were very unstable and difficult, that is not where Boundless is today. If new people join this team they are joining an organisation in a very different place to 2023 and early 2024. I have been promoted since we separated from Pearson. Pay and benefits are excellent. I would also say the loss of one specific ELT member has made such a huge difference to culture and ways of working the place is almost unrecognisable under more thoughtful and sensitive leadership.
Svantaggi
The previous reviews are a fair reflection of where the organisation was in 2023 but that is not where things are as we enter 2025. Global teams and structures are not for everyone you do need a degree of flexibility in your working hours. Occasionally strange leadership from SLT members who try to manage people in their geographical teams but not in their direct line management teams.
