You can make a lot of money working here, with sales commissions and tiered salaries based on how good you are at selling. They are extremely ruthless though

No morals whatsoever in the company. They markup prices so much and make a stupid amount of money while encouraging the people to buy products that they know have issues. They push you to sell expensive items to pensioners and the elderly, refuse to give discounts, and the management treat sales reps who refuse to do this horribly. Feels like everyone is on a power trip here and has forgotten to be human. Oh and even if you have absolutely no skills, and are terrible at your job, as long as you're close to someone in management you can get promoted to management positions. And then those people go on their own power trip mistreating their team.

My coworkers were lovely, we were in the trenches together.

Owner is rude and unethical, which trickled down the company. We were told we were fat and stupid multiple times. A person we worked with passed away, we were alerted via email which concluded with “business as usual”. HR told me I couldn’t park in my manager’s carpark, despite being told to by my manager, because I didn’t have a Tesla. When I went to leave that night, the air had been let out of my tyre (told by AA). Seems karma caught up to them for the product reviews employees were asked to write.
