Overworked and underpaid. For how much bottom line revenue the coordinators put out, paying $20-$25 an hour with NO COMMISSION is ridiculous. Then reviews come and people are getting 0%-3% raise. You cannot win at Branded Group. You will handle a large amount of clients. The quicker you turn your work the more you get. People will not close their jobs and coast while hard workers get worked even harder. The only happy people at Branded Group are those who are favored and coasting. The management does not even take your aging, margin or revenue into account when you have your reviews done. Its actually crazy to me that people will accept this and still work there. You're pressured into working overtime because so many people are quitting. But they phrase it as "overtime opportunities" like they are doing YOU a favor. Branded Group needs a wake up call. Stop writing articles on positive culture when you're workforce is unbelievably unhappy. It is very toxic and that's why your turn around is as high as it is. I can see it now, they'll hire young people at a low wage, who don't yet know their worth. And they will drill their aspirations into the ground and destroy their spirit. Stop lining your pockets and pay people their worth. How can you expect people to CARE if you don't pay them a wage that is liveable for a job that is this demanding? Also their benefits suck.

- unrealistic standards for career growth - management does little to hear out employees when they are struggling - no incentives - hard to get raise or promotion despite a good annual review and a loyal employee
