The DAM market is hitting a great spot with tremendous interest and activity, and Brandfolder as a company is well positioned to capitalize on that. Additionally, the maturity of the Brandfolder platform gives a tremendous amount of opportunity to the team to explore and do new things on the cutting edge of technology and product delivery. Additionally, the company on a whole is extremely transparent. It's a very well-rounded company which values all components of the business.

It's really important to be a self-starter and find the ways in which you want to contribute and grow. The company has tremendous opportunity, but there is enough going on that there isn't time for micromanagement of everyone's work, rather trust and empowerment in each person.
