Extremely unqualified executive team, visibly in over their heads, who have promoted eachother into roles they cannot perform properly, then hire and promote unqualified middle management into roles they also cannot perform properly, who then take out their frustrations and lack of talent/skill on their employees. No training or development for new or tenured team members. Some extremely abusive team members in positions of power who use their status to purposefully control, demean and degrade others. Company no longer cares about the business and success of their clients - the only goal is the bottom line and how to achieve a certain profit margin, which means constant cutting of resources and gutting departments and support. Poor management and years of cost cutting have devastated the reputation, revenue, relationships and internal structure of this company to the point where it would be extremely difficult to rebound. Turnover, lay offs and “restructuring” is as constant as the cost cutting and loss of revenue.
