Most sites do not offer a set consistent schedule, using rotating shifts. The lack of staffing and support will force staff to also never be able to plan things such as break time. Rigid with sticking only to curriculum from Company book even on days when severely understaffed. Even if you are hired specifically for a particular classroom where you are most familiar and best skilled to work, they will often push you into things such as infant or toddler even if you have physical limitations such as back, bending or carpal tunnel.
