10yThank you for your review. As we grow, we are constantly looking at the ways in which we can improve the organization. We take all the feedback we receive seriously and are communicating more effectively with our IT and External Relations team to ensure the staff needs are met. Our CEO meets with employees monthly at skip lunches, visits sites regularly and hosts Town Halls to hear directly from our staff. We are also giving more accountability to the "Front Line Leaders" to manage their staff accordingly.
