. people are really friendly, knowledgeable and have a 'work hard play hard' attitude . monthly drinks on the company . pool table, free fruit/coffee and tea etc . Occasional team socials

. very little room for progression, management are quite comfortable where they are which limits those below them . for a technology company, not much innovation . no understanding of modern work/ life balance. eg no flexi time, remote working options unless you have children . lots of micro managing

- Wonderful Company culture and group of people; their strongest asset, in my opinion. - I have been changed roles a few times at Broadbean and been afforded generous opportunity to grow and learn new skills. - A truly enjoyable work environment. We work hard and play hard. - Ample vacation time, with the capability to accrue more time with tenure. - Exemplary health insurance benefits and supplemental benefits - such as wellness and tuition reimbursement programs. - Senior leadership is encouraging and accessible. While founder Kelly Robinson has moved on, the remaining executive team is earnestly working to continue to carry out his vision. - Regular company events and happy hours. - I have been with the company through two ownership changes, which is always a period of adjustment but the leadership team candid and upfront about changes, which is all we can ask for in such a scenario. - Focus on keeping clients happy and the technology innovative.

- Leadership/ownership changes and workforce cuts are concerning and disruptive - Compensation is not top of range for the local area
