Still a great place to work and fabulous colleagues after 15 years. There have been many changes along the way but we continue to move with the times, evolve and pull together whilst keeping the common focus on our customers.

Loss of long service benefits on new T&C’s in particular reduced annual leave, having to book 3 a/l days at Christmas instead of 1 on legacy contract and loss of anniversary days. ☹️
Need to retain our identify as Bromford.

We have been through lots of changes, the aligning of our T&Cs was done with all colleagues best interests at heart to offer great but consistent benefits for all. We understand that those with long service were affected by this change particularly around annual leave. Hopefully you are fully utilising the additional benefits received as part of this change? There are lots are useful guidance and information packs around our benefits you can access to help with your selections

In general the people who work here are great and help each other and want to make a difference. The aims of the organisation sound great and draw you in to feel like you can be yourself and have your say, the reality is very different.

In customer experience the senior leadership is top down, restrictive and bullying. When issues and concerns are raised even from within leadership roles these are swept under the carpet. If you question decisions or aren't a yes person you are described as negative even if you do this in a constructive way. There is also a sense of you get roles if your face fits

Lots of what you raise point towards the fact there has been so much change at Bromford - which can feel uncomfortable and unsettling for colleagues.
