Bromford is built entirely on lies . It offers plenty of lip service to staff and tenants which is 100% meaningless utter fabrication . Eco , care in the community and progression are typical examples of the lies . This company is all about profit and really doesn't care about the mental health and wellbeing of its staff and tenants . Ignorance is bliss should be the motto of this shambolic collection of shysters . Almost none of the management at any level has any experience or clue of what they are doing . The executives arrogantly drive around in company paid for Tesla cars without a care in the world . They have very little knowledge or regard of law whether it be employment or human rights . This is not a good company to work for if you value your quality of life . Stay well clear if you are looking for a new job .

We are sad to read your review and hear of your experience of Bromford. I can see you no longer work for Bromford but your feedback is still important to us. I am sorry you feel we do not care about out colleagues, in fact this couldn’t be further from the truth, we are passionate about Bromford being a great place to work and have several things in place to support our colleagues. We encourage colleagues to access support via the employee assistance programme, Mental health first aiders, Be-heard and engagement groups in addition to a colleague’s leader who can listen and offer support too.

In general the people who work here are great and help each other and want to make a difference. The aims of the organisation sound great and draw you in to feel like you can be yourself and have your say, the reality is very different.

In customer experience the senior leadership is top down, restrictive and bullying. When issues and concerns are raised even from within leadership roles these are swept under the carpet. If you question decisions or aren't a yes person you are described as negative even if you do this in a constructive way. There is also a sense of you get roles if your face fits

Thank you for posting your review, we're sorry to hear that things didn't work out for you. Lots of what you raise point towards the fact there has been so much change at Bromford - which can feel uncomfortable and unsettling for colleagues. We have, and are continuing to, put lots of support in place for teams, individuals and leaders, and our transformation programme is now well underway; helping us align our services and improve how we do things.
