Team in Kosovo is highly skilled, friendly and professional.

Management is racist, and the office is full of disturbing rumours surrounding the CTO. It’s an uncomfortable environment where substance use is openly tolerated and professionalism from leadership is nonexistent. Inappropriate relationships and affairs are treated as normal, creating a workplace culture that feels unsafe, unregulated, and deeply unprofessional.
