We do a detailed review of all salaries every year, including an understanding of the market for each role at each location. If you feel that you are being left behind, I'd encourage you to talk to your leader and we can dig deeper. It's also important to recognize that job requests are often opened at the higher end of the salary range for budgeting purposes, but that doesn't mean the new hire will be offered that top end number.
