Salary not given in time. Mostly it is 2 months late. While joining HR gave me wrong information about my team and company. They have 2 months notice period for which they do not pay salary, also if you have not received previous month salary then you will lose that also. In short you will not get at-least 3 month salary if you leave the company. The information they provide in there website about all major banks being there customers, its just made up. All they do is manual data entry kind of stuff very little programming at all. Management just wants to earn money they do not think of scaling or expanding the business. They have been founded from 1993 and still less than 300 people work there.
