Out of the loop - Recensione dipendente - Instructional Designer presso C2 Technologies

When C2 is subcontracted out they are so far out of the loop of what is going on that they do not contribute anything helpful. They have a current contract RRL that the manager cannot manage that they brought on team leads to help because the PM does not seem to speak with the main contract company enough or about the right thing, During team meetings the PM would ask others what is going on with the project because they knew nothing. They have started laying people off because they hired too many people too fast and now there isn't enough work. Overall I would say it was a con working on the subcontract.
