Very poor HR support, the worst attitude to employee welfare I have ever experienced from a HR team. Promises made throughout employment period with very few materialising. Documentation is of a very poor standard and is certainly not controlled the way it should be. Unsatisfactory standards are considered the norm by factories and accountability for poor workmanship is non-existent. Suggestions for improvements are often made but nearly all have been ignored or have been made very difficult to implement. Everything is based around saving money and doing things cheap, which is understandable for a business but done to this extent leads to a poor service and product.
