Company is great source for learning all the in and outs of insurance. Employees and producers are very approachable and always willing to help and share their knowledge. 9/80s work schedule so you get every other Friday off.

Svantaggi

They don’t pay as good as other agencies, they overwhelmed you with work and responsibilities and are constantly pushing you to work faster. Your emails are constantly being watched, how many did you answer and how long it took you to respond. There is no enough clerical support either.

This organization is there to help you create lasting client relationships and get off of the transactional treadmill with your client base. We also have marketing support assisting you with sourcing insurance markets, structuring programs and onboarding new clients.

Being a boutique firm can make it harder to attract and win some of the larger ($100M+) clients.

False advertisement on job ad, hired then given tasks of a CSR (completely different role than described in original post). Set up failure upon first mistake. Hostile work environment. Let go out of retaliation.
