8yFirst off thank you for your feedback. I will make sure to discuss with the proper team members.
From experience over the 3 years I have been employed by CAMP I have not seen a missed bonus or a decrease in annual evaluation raises. Only employees who are below adequate on their review would not be granted a raise, and I do not believe there has ever been a salary decrease for anyone.
All companies have turn over, we do as much as we can to promote opportunity, and bring in the right people. It would appear that you were part of the IT or Development team, however there has not been anything out of the normal for our Development team in terms of turnover.
In response to your growth statement, I would inform you that in the last year alone we have had no less than 4 major promotions, and a number of lateral, and departmental moves for others. While CAMP is a big company, we are not HUGE and thus any internal movement has to be something that is brought up by an employee. We want our staff to want to move up, and ask them to be the proactive ones in terms of requesting or working towards their goals.
I will close by letting you know, one of the initiatives to be set in place in 2018 has to do with building and training your staff. I am truly sorry you did not have a favorable experience here at CAMP, I hope as you grow in your career you are able to find success and happiness.
