I am working in a Team where Assistant Manager and Manager has personal issues. I am aware that HR also knows about it. But no one cares, in between we (employees) are struggling. The are making the working environment as hell. AM never attends any internal meetings and insists others why are you wasting your time . You have to update what you are doing in different places like Excel, Google spreadsheets, Google Forms etc.
My Senior never work. He feels like he is almighty of the process and wants everyone has to obey his orders. If someone says something, he will assign more work to that person.
If you want to join in this team, you should know how to greet "Good Morning" to your senior, otherwise, he will assign more tasks to you.
Advise to my AM: First you learn all the process completely and then try to resolve the issues. Because, you know nothing about the process.

briefly, we are not doing what we supposed to do, we are basically filling the same daily statistics in hundreds of places.
