Can be long hours depending on market.

Family environment, non-corporate atmosphere, always something interesting happening in or outside the office (they really need their own reality tv series), fast paced, great entry level experience, opportunity to cross-train and learn different tasks/positions, basic benefits, gives annual raises/bonuses...

Bad location (but had improved alot), bad for allergies (very dusty due to type of industry), too much of a family-like environment (alot of bickering and arguing like siblings), low pay, overworked, feeling of not being trusted & treated like kids (security cameras in offices, limited internet access, daily lectures to stay off our phones & clean our desks, etc.)...
