Frequently you will have to jam a month of work into a week. - Most of management spends little time in the office and most of it on the road. Good luck trying to get information when they're not in the office. - Teams are too small, with no guidance to it. If a team member leaves then they frequently do not get replaced. - HR is a combination of bullies & people who have no idea what they're doing.
