As an employee of Direct Line you are a member of the CWA (Communications Workers of America).

For some people being a part of a Union is a downside.

Their are no pros only cons

This is one of the shadiest companies that I have ever worked with i would give negative star. They don’t care about employees. When I was interviewed, they told me that I would be working 50 to 55 hours every week consistently, but after joining, within 2 weeks they changed it to 40 hours. They don’t have any ethics, and they will give you a 1-hour lunch break, which doesn’t make any sense because it takes 30 minutes to walk to and from the lunch tent. I would not recommend anyone to work at this company.
