You had the chance (hope it still can be) to find pleasant smart and professional people that with very diverse backgrounds. But expect them to leave soon or be pushed out. A really nice office, inside and out, brilliant gym, 2-3 inside canteens that have diversity in their menus. If you care about social events organized by the company, they are not bad at all. But the best experience you can get here is to see how not to treat people, how not to run a company, how not to do games; they are clueless and extremely arrogant. Also a good example of how to put infinite budget on creating an image for the company that they are the pick of the industry, when the reality inside is 100% the opposite.

Zero interest in people well being. Zero intention in treating people.. well like people. A management that is there only for personal benefits (oh they are what we mortals call rich ) and it's attracting only more of this kind. Minimal knowledge of creating games, irrelevant of much money they are poring in production they are still nowhere. If you are not a psychotic troubled person you have no chance of a career. Low pay compare to where they pretend to be in the industry; only very recent they have raised the salary and that is because every professional left and nobody wanna come, and yup no more bonus because why would you share it with the peasants. No vision for the projects. No vision for the company when we refer at video games. A culture of if you kiss soft parts of your boss you are good, if you show problems you are out.
