The interview process is fast and honest - they are open about the struggles new hires may face. Managers all have an open door and you can walk into any office with a question - even the owners office. Really good work life balance - no overtime unless you ask them for it, standard PTO and no email on your phone so your time off and away from the office is unbothered. A fun summer picnic and Christmas party, gifts and lots of catered lunches. All of the management started out at the bottom so they know what you are doing and you can move up really fast if you actually want to work hard.

Traffic and parking suck - They aren't joking when they tell you they take late arrivals seriously, even if the bus breaks down or traffic backs up, even 1 minute counts as a late not matter the reason and you only get 7. The work is really difficult to understand and they are very serious about their metrics - you don't have a quota but you REALLY need to make sure your customer service skills are pretty much perfect. They don't play about the rules but they do give you plenty of warnings - don't think they aren't serious. Co-Workers can be extremely negative complaining about anything and everything - they don't understand how businesses work and call everything toxic, its exhausting and annoying
