Beautiful building , understanding about family issues and allow time off if needed. CEO has a strong willingness to offer training and support to better an employee in their job. A sense of family unless someone decides they don't like you. If they do like you, they take care of you. Free food, beer/wine, popcorn. Most of the people you work with are good people.

Svantaggi

there aren't a lot of downsides. They fire you without you really knowing why. People backstabbing and gossip a lot. Very cliche and be aware your loyalty to the company means nothing. Open door policy isn't really allowed. Departmental communications are very poor and almost seem as though they work against each other. Not much room for advancement

Managers act like bosses, not leaders New hires are expected to finish leftover work from others and often work double shifts without overtime pay Daily 4 PM meetings lead to unrealistic overnight expectations (“finish your work by the morning meeting”) Little to no appreciation or recognition for hard work No clear direction — even managers often don’t know how to handle issues Constant blame and demotivation during morning meetings create a toxic culture No real supervision or support system Outdated, cheap software and broken systems make work harder Overall: Big red flag for anyone looking for a healthy work environment
