In Wausau area, it seems you may have to dedicate 10-20 years to make here, what a person fresh out of college may make elsewhere in the same area. o Job security – easy to be replaced / terminated from company, which brings concerns, anxiety and stress. Yet can be a Pro as some pray for this. o Fear of company closing its doors after milking who remains here at the cheapest rates who still tries to believe change is going to happen who also worked just as hard as everyone that has chosen to leave, yet almost 2 years later, issues are still left unchanged.
