No care bad management - Recensione dipendente - Various Roles presso CIMS

Unfair lead allocation. Boss controls leads and has his favourities and looks at all before pass over. No H and Safety- people say been there 10 years, never a fire drill no idea where the first aid box if. Male toilet's are awful. Lack of training. They also cheat their network when one has some done they tell them all was there. No management sell, don't know processes, don't know its reporting or systems. Management no experience in selling / recommending what CIMS provides.
