Vantaggi
Team members were generally friendly
• Opportunity to learn a new sales process and industry
• Role has potential if training and structure were improved
Svantaggi
support
• Expectations were not clearly communicated, especially for a new hire
• Feedback was limited, yet performance standards were high early on
• Job security was communicated on a day-to-day basis, with management indicating that continuation of employment would be decided each evening. This created an unstable and high-pressure environment, particularly during the first week, when new hires are still learning foundational concepts. Rather than fostering growth, this approach led to unnecessary stress and made it difficult to focus on developing the skills needed for the role.
• Significant expectations to complete work outside of normal hours (including practice and “homework”) without clear structure, feedback, or confirmation of accuracy. This made it difficult to know whether time invested outside of work was being spent effectively.
• Administrative processes were inefficient (e.g., being asked to return in person to drop off paperwork after separation)
