Good package if you are perm staff. Business not limited to local Hong Kong. Some fun to have projects, especially on customer side.

Mid-level management like pointing figures when there is a problem. Being aggressive does not work out if your idea does not align with your boss. Even your boss is a foreigner doesn't mean he/she is better, they follow the rules of pointing figures nicely. Sometimes the complaint is even personal.
