The company genuinely looked after its people. Leadership showed care and understanding, especially during challenging times. There was a strong sense of teamwork, and colleagues were supportive and approachable. It felt like a place where employee well-being mattered.

Compensation was below market rates for the responsibilities expected. While the culture was positive, the lower pay made long-term growth and financial progression challenging.
