Some of the clients are difficult

Management clearly defines expectations and works closely with us to achieve our goals. I have had no issues bringing questions or concerns to my management team. They are always willing to listen and work through items with me. We are a younger team so they have been helping everyone gain understanding of internal expectations and processes.

Company holidays are pretty limited as well as the PTO accumulation and bank. It isn’t the worst I’ve had, but could be improved.
