- Management Vision and Strategy is entirely opaque to employees
- IT/ HR functions based out of Dublin for all global offices, resulting in very ineffective communication and understanding of local requirements/pain areas
- Almost non existent HR function- There's a 2 member team who call themselves HR, whose most prominent role is to issue offer letters and carry a yearly people survey. There is no HR Manual, no Onboarding or Offboarding process manual, no Appraisal policy, no Grievance policy, they don't even send you an acknowledgement once you have submitted your resignation
- No Skip level meeting/ 360 feedback. Leadership team are fully aware of employee struggles but they deliberately choose to ignore your concerns
- No salary increment. Not joking on this one, staff in Bangalore have been on same salary for 3-4 years after which, after making a huge cry, have received a 3% increment. The justification? This is according to the industry standard in Ireland. Never understood this logic. Why run global offices then? This implies that if they are making an offer, consider demanding a salary you want to see 5 years in the future because you are stuck on it unless you switch your job really
- Very limited growth. The company is very flat so your stepping up the ladder would be very few and far between.
