1. Extremely small team for amount of work needing to be managed 2. A lot of outdated systems with no time to work on them 3. Expectation to do work beyond job description with no financial compensation 4. When concerns are voiced, they are often disregarded or put back on the team 5. Regularly given last-minute urgent requests and expected to put all other requests aside regardless of deadline, making project management extremely difficult
