Thank you for the review. Although some might find it harsh, we understand that our company is not for everyone as it is a very fast-paced environment with lots of variety and excellent learning opportunities as you pointed out. I am puzzled by your work-life balance comment as we strive to support our employees with vacations, paid sick time, and working from home. I would be curious to learn what is out of balance if you would like to share that with me directly via email. We also have an employee mentor program to provide additional support for all our staff so I am very surprised this issue wasn't identified at multiple levels.
