Lack of overall communication and organization makes the most basic coordination or planning seriously painful for everyone involved. Management have zero personal touch and don't seem to be invested much in their employees well being. Frequent scheduling mishaps due to a failure to migrate to adequate technology. If you are an experienced tech you are better off going somewhere that pays market rate for techs. Executive leadership are clueless and out of touch. They are seriously overpaid.
